me - weWith spiritual practice, and especially daily meditation, a new relationship can arise between the contents of your mind and the Witness Self within you. As you come to know and quietly observe what fills your waking and dreaming consciousness, you may identify more and more strongly with that Witness. You see that your ever-changing thoughts and feelings are not you, but only something happening in your Presence. You learn that you don’t have to react to what appears in your mind, or what occurs in the physical space around you. And so a second new relationship becomes possible — a much more free and harmonious way of being with and in the world.

There is another step, a further relief of suffering and expansion of freedom, a third new relationship between you and that Witness Presence — we explore that in this talk! Om, shanti, shanti, shanti-hi!
