The classes will be held on Saturdays at 5.00 pm at the Center. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow for a timely start as we need to end the class in time for the 6 pm Arati. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat. Classes will not be held if Swamijis are visiting or on major holidays.
The classes will be conducted by Ambuja Kajeepeta, a trained teacher from the Krishnamacharya tradition, and will focus on asana practice with proper breathing techniques, chanting and bhavana. All levels of practitioners are welcome. No prior experience necessary. Please see www.yogapatashala.com for more information on the instructor.
