DESCRIPTION:\nIn-person only. \n\n\n\nThe classes will be held on Saturdays at 5.00 pm at the Center. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow for a timely start as we need to end the class in time for the 6 pm Arati. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat. Classes will not be held if Swamijis are visiting or on major holidays.  The classes will be conducted by Ambuja Kajeepeta, a trained teacher from the Krishnamacharya tradition, and will focus on asana practice with proper breathing techniques, chanting and bhavana.
